2. Two Hour Specials

One of the trends in the delivery of training and development is that companies are becoming less willing to release groups of staff for training away from their work. Even the traditional day or half-day courses can lead to work backing up, having to be completed at a later time or by colleagues, both options causing some disruption and problems.

These are short programmes of up to two hours, where we work with individuals, groups or teams on a specific training requirement. This requirement is usually short term and often requires an immediate behavioural or process change.
